More Details

The owners of this research and office complex requested a proposal to screen new development to the south of the campus.  A plan was developed on GIS to install 98 native Indiana hardwoods of 6 species in informal groves along with 43 white pines in a double staggered row on a berm along the property line. The hardwood trees were container-grown in 15-gallon pots while the white pines were 7’ balled and burlapped specimens. The trees were planted and staked in November 2021. The landscape maintenance contractor will oversee their watering and establishment maintenance in 2022.
